Pros
Flexible Schedule: I work part-time at ESA as a housekeeper and I was going to school during my time, my manager, is in fact the most understanding and the best manager that I have ever worked with. She understood that i was going to school so she worked with me so that I could work around school. Great Co-Workers : I get along really well with the other housekeepers and GSRs. I have worked for many different companies, from fast food to retail, By far this hotel has great people who welcome new people. Free Nights: Every year you get 7 free nights at another location and in my opinion, its pretty awesome considering that if I go on vacation somewhere I know I will have a place to stay at no cost to me, at least for 7 nights, unless you saved up over the years. Free Stuff: People tend to leave behind a lot of goods. I've gotten dish soap, trash bags, can food, other types of unopened foods, clothes, technology, I got a pair of brand new shoes once, and recently a man had us check his room before he left back home and left behind a brand new bicycle. So its pretty cool what you can find and the profit you're really taking home with you.
Cons
You do get your occasional drug finds and prostitutes, but in the year that i have worked there, I have only found 1 needle and like 2 prostitutes, but another pro is that they tip well.
