If you follow the rules & do above standard work, it will be recognized by the managers or corporate and you may be rewarded. Full time benefits are good! Some really good & genuinely honest people at this company, a great place to thrive & grow. Potential future if you're ambitious and in the right circle of management!
Cons
This is one of those companies where politics & who you know matter to a large degree. If your manager doesn't like you, transfer or find a better job. I've worked for 10 years for this company hoping that my efforts would be recognized beyond local management. I can say that my managers were the worst I've ever had to communicate with in my life. They overlooked & suppressed some major issues & cast blame when things were beyond their control.
