      Pros

      The atmosphere and helping people feel at home away from home is a rewarding job to have and environment to work in. Extended Stay America gives us the tools and resources to do that job and do it with pride and excellence!

      Cons

      You can't please everyone all the time so you do run across guests that may complain or be unpleasant at times, but you still keep a positive attitude and help fix however you can.

      Pros

      Your on your own to make decisions which were supported by your supervisor at corporate.

      Cons

      Your on you own to solve all of the problems yourself. The company is very thrifty and you have to make due without a lot of needed items like towels and sheets.
