They do have good benefits for full time employees. But you are instructed to try and only hire part time people to save money.
Cons
They say they care about their employees but they don't. They only care about the bottom line. GM's are over worked and expected to do everything. They have eliminated the AGM position so everything falls on the GM. Turn over is awful due to the poor morale and the pressure they put on you to operate a hotel with little to no staff. A lot of Senior level management have been with the company their entire careers and have never worked at a real hotel company and have no clue how things operate in the real hotel world. Sales structure is a mess. One sales person for15 hotels and they wonder why many properties are struggling. Revenue management is on auto pilot. It's a joke.
