Pros
They believe in promoting from within and moving people around to do so. They are corporate and intertwined so they can share team members, seems like there is always an opportunity to work 40 hours. Because they are corporate they are consistent, and training is the same for all properties, this is nice if individuals move around.
Cons
They don't allow overtime, even in desperate times. The "higher-ups" use a demeaning method to promote activity with their managers, i.e. picking the bottom 3 and berates them in front of peers, instead of taking the top 3 and getting them to provide advice or tips...people are bullied into doing better. This might work for some people, I didn't see it as a positive though. The corporate aspect was a pro, but can also be a negative as it is so uniformed and unmovable. The clientele is not the best and because of this you will have to definitely have a backbone and be forceful at times, this is not necessarily a negative but can teach you a poor attitude if you're not careful.
