Working alone at night is the only good thing about the position I had.
Cons
This is a horrible company to work for and the management is even worse, especially at the Titusville location. The manager is very demeaning, belittling and extremely fake. She’ll smile and complain about other employees to you, so expect the same to be done with and about you. If you quit because you’re tired of being treated unfairly, you will not receive your outstanding PTO. Apparently you don't deserve it anymore. Expected to complete everything when it’s clearly impossible, because you know, you’re just one person. Business changes and seasons change so you would the management would realize that the workload will change along with it. Management likes to compare employees to other employees as well.
