Pros
work alone-that is pro because you can either do things correctly if you have the time (the company does not want things done correctly) or do things slap dash when you don't (this is the only way to get anything everything done because the company has no clue what any one job entails)
Cons
it is a bad job being run by stupid people at all levels. The new corporate structure has now idea how hotels really work. taking the dishes out of the rooms is the dumbest thing, the rooms have kitchens the dishes should be in the rooms. the second dumb thing they did was the breakfast, the rooms have kitchens the guests should buy food and cook it.
