Pros
There’s always a chance for overtime they never have enough people. You’ll be cross trained rather quickly because they never have enough people. Benefits were pretty good.
Cons
No real room to move up, you’ll apply to move up and they’ll tell you you’re not ready a million times even though you run the property dang near by yourself for 2 years. They never wanna give you a raise, and the yearly raise we did get was never more than a dime.
