      Most people work in small teams, good technologies. Free exchange of ideas, you can make a difference. Casual and comfortable atmosphere.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Inconsistencies with direction. Serious mistakes with product rollout unacknowledged. There is low confidence internally on growth for the company.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
