      Pros

      The people, the culture, and the solutions. Very little politics and more about working as a team to be successful. Seems like the opportunity for growth (personal and company) is limitless. Very happy with my decision to come to Extreme.

      Cons

      Very few...if had to list one, it's the brand-awareness, but that's improving day by day.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction

      No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
