      People were absolutley the best reason for working at Extreme... Everyone worked together to get the job done, even with the limited resources we had to work with...

      Cons

      Limited resources were always a challenge and it seemed that the company was working with less every year.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
