      Good chance for personal growth excellent peers who are knowledgeable and great at sharing that knowledge very flexible hours and good personal space good initial pay package

      Cons

      very poor senior management no proper communication between the senior mgmt and the people in the trenches lack of transparency no pay hikes no bonus

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
