      Pros

      Right now the company is experiencing an amazing amount of growth. Not only that, but the people in our department are the reason I keep coming back each day. Leadership all seems to be on the same page, and they're actually accessible. For a company that has quadrupled in size since I started, it has retained that smaller-company vibe. Each person has the ability to make a significant impact.

      Cons

      Small teams help minimize dead weight, but a lot is expected of those who produce.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
