Pros
Excellent company growth through acquisitions over the past several years. Stock price is improving nicely. Great work life balance and able to work from home as needed. Company benefits, vacation, Employee Stock program, and overall compensation are above average. Highly recommend Extreme if you want to join a company on the rise!
Cons
Same as most companies. With multiple global sites, everyone has to work harder to break down the silos and manage the email overflow due to the nature of having multiple sites. The same issues any global company has. If you are used to working globally, you will fit in well at Extreme.
