Pros

The discriminatory nature of the new PTO policy shows that management does not care about long term employees. Just based on this careless PTO decision, it shows that management cannot be trusted.

Cons

Management robbed long term employees of their PTO balance. Emails sent to HR, but concerns blatantly ignored with a "too bad, if you don't like it leave" attitude. Other companies within the industry do the right thing by paying out PTO to employees.

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

Pros

They have creative products and solutions

Cons

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
