      None. I have no pros to share. Another round of layoffs in January 2018 and mgmt continues to get fat and happy.

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees. They need to look in the mirror and “lay themselves off” Terrible environment. Would never recommend.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
