      Many employees get 8 weeks of time off this year

      Cons

      Management will not compromise with long standing employees on the PTO balances so it appears that the "exhaust" of PTO balances will result in middle managers being pressured to "do the right thing" with their employees and let them take all the accrued time off during 2018.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
