      A lot of the people including some executive management, are awesome and great to work with

      Cons

      Weak vision and strategy, lots of antiquated and delusional views. Executive management constantly changing titles while everyone working for them has no internal promotion path. Poor execution on acquisitions. Ugliest corporate sponsored clothing.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
