      Few good people still at company. Some cool technology from Avaya.

      Cons

      CRO bad decisions. Upper management does not listen to employees. Company has no money - How are they going to fund 60M stock buyback. No Direction.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
