      Great colleagues and passionate customer base

      Cons

      Over rotating to the cloud. Extreme is being over run by Aerohive philosophy. The CEO is ineffective and is not trustworthy. The company can’t seem to stick with a sales plan for any considerable length of time. Poor leadership

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
