      Pros

      Team members were the high point before they laid off 12% of workforce in April 2020.

      Cons

      Too many to relate here. Constant layoffs. Inept management decisions from the top down. Morale is horrible. They gave huge bonuses to employees in July after laying off hundreds of workers in April 2020 during a pandemic. Avoid this place at all costs.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
