      Work atmosphere is very good. Balanced work load. Very flexible timing. Very supporting and helping colleagues. Your time and ideas are valued in the company. Communication with developers in overseas. As a whole for a developer its good place to stick on.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any challenges in my career with Extreme Networks. For those who are interested to get frequent on sight jobs abroad , its not their right place.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
