      Pros

      Extreme has been a great place to work. Excellent benefits, but comparable to other medium to large companies. Annual Performance reviews with acceptable increases unless you are promoted. In which case Excellent Increases

      Cons

      There are good Middle Management and Poor Middle Management. One needs to determine which is which and stay away from the Poor Middle Management if you ever wan to feel as though you are part of a team

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
