Pros

The non finance side seems to be laid back and the CEO seems to believe in treating employees well. Some of the people are friendly.

Cons

The finance side under CFO Remy is utterly toxic and awful. He treats management like trash and they in turn treat their reports the same way. The saying attitude reflects leadership applies here. Onboarding is non existent. No work/life balance. When I left employees had not received raises in two years because the company couldn't afford it. There is constant threat of layoff due to new acquisitions and restructuring. When the company has a bad quarter they lay off hundreds of people to make up for it.

Thank you for providing us your feedback. We are building a feedback culture and hope that it allows employees to voice their concerns in a safe and helpful way. It's an on-going effort. Many of our leaders encourage feedback and Remi is one of them. It sounds like you didn't have an avenue to share your concerns while employed with us. Again, it's an on-going effort. We are pleased to hear from many current employees who feel the company's culture and direction is going in a positive direction.

Pros

They have creative products and solutions

Cons

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
