Pros
Truly flexible approach to work which embodies high level of trust and ownership. It is an environment where you can 'move the needle' in whichever role you fulfill.
The focus on Inclusion is amazing and the Company is truly embodying this value and encouraging a truly diverse and inclusive Employee base. The Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are phenomenal and set us apart because everyone is welcome and appreciated.
Cons
There are always challenges, especially in a turn around phase but there are many people working to resolve and negate those challenges which makes it easier to over come.

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction
Cons
No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
