Pros

Work on latest technologies Positive work environment and good work-life balance Unlimited learning opportunities Good career growth at lower-mid levels Flexi work model Overall one can expect good growth till about 15 years of experience

Cons

Salaries are decent, but not top of line, not enough to hold back people Salary growth and promotions at mid to higher levels very slow Lack of focus on remote teams Company unable to stem attrition (or doesn't care) No strategy to retain employees, especially experienced people. Not proactive, not reactive. Overall company culture needs improvement (there is a mishmash of cultures of various acquired businesses, there's no uniformity across the company)
