Pros
Everyone I worked with inter-departmentally was very friendly and helpful, but many mid-level management seemed to have their own hectic schedules, so lots of follow up.
Cons
Some big seats in the company recently freed up, they just restructured their sales department, and had quite a layoff event...so...hopefully they have things under control at this point.
