      Pros

      Extreme has been a phenomenal employer for me for almost 3 years. Their encouragement and support of career growth has taken me further than I could've imagined in a fairly short period of time relative to how long most people have been in the industry.

      Cons

      I have no complaints. Extreme has been far too reliable for me to sit here an list negatives. I'm a positive person.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction

      No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
