It has been for me more than 1 and half years in extreme and its being very much privileged to work with extreme networks. The best part is we have good technology like cloud and latest products in pipeline which is currently in progress. 2nd best part is we have very good Director and Manager who are very much approachable and always there for any guidance or support in terms of work or carrier. here we have freedom to explore our Testing Ideas.so i can say the best place to work is Extreme Networks.
Cons
Pantry service if resumed in office would be appreciated. Probably due to Hybrid work style might be the reason not to start the service.

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction
Cons
No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
