Pros
- Nice and friendly teams, from development to account management and our managers - Thorough training and they really prepare you before you go out and speak to clients - Knowledgable coworkers, you can learn here a lot if you're interested
Cons
- If you're looking for a creative, open office, avant-garde type of environment it won't be the right fit. - If you're looking for a smaller/non-corporate feel this won't be the right fit. - Management seemed a bit stressed at times, could do better job with employee motivation (and this isn't monetary or anything, just to do with possibilities of growth etc).
