Collaboration, team-work, challenged and consistently growing. Management is very helpful and wants the employees to grow and assists with this by mentoring. Collaboration between departments is a huge plus as well. Everyone is very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very stable company and I say with certainty from my previous experience in the field I work in that this company offer stability, challenges to always learn and grow from, collaboration, constructive criticism, and positive management experience. I also feel management is very fair in reviewing my performance and rewarding based on performance for growth. This is the best company I have worked for in my career.
