Pros
Literally no pro's at all.
Cons
Management are incompetent and manage people like school children. Despite not being customer facing, they are really bothered by how you dress, how you wear your hair, if you are 1 minute late, if you are having a conversation with a colleague. It was pure hell working there. They don't care at all about their employees well-being and are more concerned about petty rules that seem like they are from the 1980s. The company is very old-fashioned in the way it treats employees, who can find much better places of work easily. You're every move is monitored and under the microscope. They don't want people that can think for themselves. They have a cult-like outlook but fail because they are not a "cool" brand, don't have any perks, have no likable leaders, The offices are dark and dingy, and really uninspiring. Its like working at a factory. I lasted six months then went on sick leave and left. It is without doubt, the worst place I have ever worked at and I would rather be unemployed than work there. If you are considering taking a position at Extron in Holland, DON'T! Wait it out to find another job. Otherwise they will suck the life out of you and make you feel miserable.
