Business Outlook
Pros
Company offers one of the best training on video and audio available in the industry. Colleagues are nice and supportive, which is especially appreciated when the management team are all inflexible and arrogant.
Cons
Basically, it's a bit of a nazi regime you will encounter on each floor of the company: business dress code, no perfume policy, no chance to express own opinion, no ideas sharing etc. Yet, on the very bad days you will find your colleagues' support.
