Pros

None worth mentioning at all

Cons

1 Management is utterly incompetent, unprofessional, and often vindictive 2 HR is a complete joke — no independence, just puppets who protect bad managers and crush employees who speak up 3 Expect constant mental harassment disguised as ‘professionalism’ remarks and micro-management that crushes your morale 4 Sick or personal emergencies? Forget genuine support — you’ll get token gestures or outright indifference while being pushed harder 5 No transparency or fairness in performance reviews; biased managers punish rather than develop talent 6 Work-life balance? Zero. Prepare for 14-16 hour days with no appreciation with 5 days office for India employees and not for other part of the world employees. Still slavery mentality by Managers. 7 Toxic office politics, favoritism, and cliques rule the environment 8 No real training or mentorship — you are expected to sink or swim alone 9 Constant forced meetings with no agenda, only to humiliate and pressure you 10 Senior management is unreachable and uninterested; whistleblowers get punished 11 Infrastructure and hygiene standards are poor — cost-cutting at employee expense is routine 12 Career growth is a myth; promotions happen only if you are part of the ‘in-group’ 13 Layoffs happen suddenly and without explanation, creating constant job insecurity

Pros

Good opportunities for networking and travel.

Cons

A significant HR issue between interns occurred during my internship and was handled very poorly. Once the matter came to HR’s and leadership’s attention, it was not officially resolved until months after the internship had ended. The VP privately apologized for the situation, but the overall response was inadequate and felt as though the situation was being swept under the rug. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created a very uncomfortable environment for a young intern and significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive internship experience.
