Such projects challenge your thinking and also teaches much higher level thinking skills than the classroom, so there is plenty of growth potential. Mentorship by junior chemical engineers and team leaders also foster a cohesive working environment.
Cons
One of ExxonMobil's other fantastic things on the job is the possibility of job rotations every few years. However, if the interview panel do not correctly identify the candidate's strength, the first job could be a very trying one because expectations are very high in the company.
