Pros
-Huge corporation with reputation -Flexible working hours and good ergo standards -Good number of vacation days
Cons
-Expected monthly net salary for new full-time comers is somewhere between $750-900 mostly depending on the department, and the senior management is convinced themselves that is the correct supposedly 'competitive market salary. This is absolutely shameful. -Old outdated company systems, and slow work laptops -I feel very discouraged to say anything to the senior management about any process improvements, sharing my worries and giving any honest or transparent feedback. I feel like the whole company only wants you to zip your mouth up or you risk losing your job despite the terrible flaws in the organizational culture and pay system. -If you want to become the modern-day highly educated 'cheap labor' with severely low salary/living cost ratio and struggle financially terribly, then this is the place.
