Good benefits including health care, dental, vision, 401K matching, and pension. Good opportunities for gaining experience in various sections of the organization. Will fund educational advancement for a term commitment.

Cons

Unwilling to maintain existing employees at a competitive compensation, taking into consideration salary, 401K matching, and pension benefits. Non-transparent pay program. Managers use this non-transparency as an excuse for non-competitive pay increases after being hired. Unhealthy culture where colleagues view each other as competitors and will act in a negative manner at times to seek to be ranked above each other for raises and promotions. For U.S. based employees, many jobs appear to be migrating overseas. There has been high turnover which has impacted the culture.

- Great learning opportunity - get to work with some of the most knowledgeable, hard working, smart, and well rounded individuals - Learn top of the industry engineering skills and fundamentals - Strong emphasis on data backed decision making

Cons

- Extremely political, differentiation between high performers is typically more about how well you've advertised yourself and what aliances you've made as opposed to your actual contributions - Very resistant to change, everything is essentially already mapped out for you - Too rigid of a work environment with little room for individuality or new ways of approaching old problems
