Pros

Very comfortable offices and work stations. This organization is very mindful of proper ergonomics and will go the extra mile to ensure employees can perform their duties in an injury-free. environment. A lot of great policies to encourage a stress-free working environment, free from harassment. Very high ethical standards.

Cons

Policies may look great on paper, but it takes the people to ensure they're observed and these policies can be ignored or manipulated to suit ulterior motives. Too much reliance on integrity of mangers: * Subordinate staff stand very little chance of a successful resolution of any complaint made against a senior. *The chances of a promotion or pay increase is also entirely in the hands of your supervisor. *No working system in place to protect subordinates from personal attacks from seniors. * Uncivil attitudes from some expat workers experienced and observed.

Pros

- Great learning opportunity - get to work with some of the most knowledgeable, hard working, smart, and well rounded individuals - Learn top of the industry engineering skills and fundamentals - Strong emphasis on data backed decision making

Cons

- Extremely political, differentiation between high performers is typically more about how well you've advertised yourself and what aliances you've made as opposed to your actual contributions - Very resistant to change, everything is essentially already mapped out for you - Too rigid of a work environment with little room for individuality or new ways of approaching old problems
