Pros
Good atmosphere, nice people, possibility for different trainings in projects, good pay. Truly multicultural environment, and a possibility to work together with many different people.
Cons
Totally blinded by the focus on Safety and controls, even when it interferes someone's personal sphere. Sometimes they promise more that they can deliver i.e. they can promise you a job position or a promotion in the direction mostly suitable for your skills and interests but if there is an empty position that needs to be filled they'll squeeze you in there regardless you want it or not. High fluctuation and not willing to keep good manpower.
