Pros
-Okay salary for a beginner job if you need visa to stay -Good location, easy to travel to the office -Multisport -Calm work conditions, not too stressful but depends on your manager
Cons
-Salary increase is a joke, and the system they use for it is bs. There is favouritism even though they say there isn't. They can blatantly lie about the way their system work. -Unable to negotiate salary, your accomplishments have negligible effect on the recognition you get -Very little amount of benefits -Greedy meal allowance, doesn't even cover a single meal in Prague so it's just unusable. -There are a few career opportunities in the company but you can barely ever get out if your bubble. It again depends on your manager. -They brag about 13th salary but a lot of other companies have that and fhe amount you get can actually be increased by your productivity (not here) -As an employee you will never feel like you are working for one of the largest oil corporations, whatever your vocation is. -They overly depend on "family", "diversity" and "culture" corpo buzzwords assuming we are bunch of slow people who could overlook the salary issues. As if we can pay the rent with company culture
