If u know what u are doing then it's an easy job and the vacations are good
Cons
Management sucks. Not only do they talk down to you they will not be held accountable for it. As a manager I wasn't even given training to adequately do my job and then when I took medical leave for three months because of a bad bout of anxiety( which my doctor strongly recommended) they threatened my job after two weeks and then played games with my paperwork like they didn't know how to read it. This company should be sued but I decided to leave instead and when I did go to another company I added 3 dollars on top of the salary I was already making to make sure I got paid more and they still laughed at how low the income was. This company from to corporate to the stores is a joke. They will low ball u in every way when u get promoted to management look up salaries first then minus 5-6 dollars an hour and that's how much they will offer u, there is no reason to work harder they really don't care about you.
