Flexible Schedule. Great Employees to work with. Great Product. Great Healthcare Benefits. They give you room to grow on your own, and make your store what you want it to be. If you want to add things to your store to help it grow or work better they are all for it! I really do enjoy my environment, and my office. I enjoy my boss which is a big deal in any job. I was able to make a lot of changes in my store with little kick back. I believe in their vision for making the worlds happiest customers.
Cons
If your work background is not optical train yourself up before starting this job. You are hitting the ground running. Kind of sink or swim situation. If you get through your first month your solid. You do have people to call for help. You don't get to pick your doctors for your store. So if your not crazy about your doctor tough luck!
