Terrible management who did sketchy things. Higher ups came up with a script for us that is very misleading about pricing and what insurance copays are. Worked full time hours over 35 hours a week and was only ever technically part time they did this with multiple employees to avoid giving them benefits. They also let the doctors run all over you. So if you get a nice doctor you’re luck. You have like 3 separate bosses who all tend to contradict one another. They expect technicians to help out in every area in the store but other employees including managers will literally sit with their feet up on the desk and not help when asked
