Asked me to cut my dreads if I wanted the job. Why would I cut my hair for a job that only pays 17 an hour … let alone any job. I offered to put my hair in a pony tail and they said no either braided or cut, which is very dumb and when I asked why they said they are very “traditional” which could also mean racist .
