Decent people. Competitive pay. Benefits.

Cons

Was taken over by a mega conglomerate so no more small, family-owned vibe. Chronically short staffed in dispatch department because the job is so difficult. Turnover rates are high. CEO and COO only seem to work on more company acquisitions. Techs can't get through to management or dispatch so they are under supported in the field.
