Salaries for the market are stagnant for what you may grow to do there. The raises and promotions don't leave too much room for growth as the IT deptartment is constructed now. Additionally the ability to work from home is there but management does not generally allow much of it and the benefits could be much better, especially pto. For these reasons outsiders mighy not want to apply.
