Interesting technology domain part of culture is to be open to making non-trivial changes to the product(s), when makes sense of course, i.e. not conservative engineering environment. Smart engineers, helping each other.
Cons
This is very engineering focused company, with very good engineers. Make sure externally hired managers do not degrade the culture and qualities outlined in Pros. Internal infrastructure could be more efficient.
