Pros
Company was really good 2-3 years back, now they do restructuring every 6months, mainly TS leaders(VP and Sr Directors) has no idea of how to run a department and does random restructuring every now and then without any vision. DON'T JOIN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES.
Cons
Mid level leaders at TS are horrible without any vision. They juggle team members as if they are picking up cards and placing people in teams randomly. They fired people on the EVE OF DIWALI. They simply call themselves as human first, but they are becoming HUMAN LAST.
