Pros
From the entry level employees to the CEO, the attitude of everyone seems to be enjoyable. I have not worked for a company that cares about the employees as FACE Amusement Group does. The employees at the Corporate level have taken their own money to support employees at the store level that were having a hard time financially. I have seen employees at all levels support others, with kind words, hugs, and good wishes. People are given a second and third chance to improve, and separations are tough. I consider it a blessing to work here.
Cons
Sometimes the hours are long, but the busness needs are met. It is hard to give everyone the number of hours they would like to be able to work. Especially during the "slow" season: January - mid March.
