FCT has great employee programs including achievers rewards. They do a good job training their people particularly in leadership - but they could do more on the product side. The people at FCT are awesome. The office is great with the grill for lunch and the time zone gym. Leadership is great too. And the good ones typically rise up. This is a customer centric organization. The survey and listen to customers with an eye to ensure they are satisfied.
